Most of the risk in hiring anybody is paying before you know what you are getting, so we take that part out. For website work the replacement gets built, with your real content in it, before you have paid or signed anything.
Then you open it on your phone and decide. If it is not clearly better than what you have, you owe nothing.
Kept separate on purpose
App work and agent work are different crafts with different failure modes. An app that crashes annoys somebody. An agent that takes an irreversible action without asking can cost real money.
So they get different standards, different review, and their own page. You will not get sold one because you asked about the other.

The questions everyone asks

Can you take on something ambitious?
Yes, and the portfolio is the argument. The Grand Adventure is a research archive with an eleven-day flight path replayed in 3D over real terrain. Gravy is a complete operating platform that auto shops run their day on. Thoosie puts live forecasting behind apps on three platforms. Scope is not the constraint, the calendar is, and that is a conversation rather than a refusal.
What happens after it launches?
It stays maintained. You keep the same direct line you had during the build, not a ticket queue, and whoever knows your project is still the one answering a year later. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, everything leaves with you in a format you can use.
Will you tell me if I do not need this?
Yes, and it happens. Plenty of businesses are doing fine on a Google profile and word of mouth, and plenty of workflows should not have an agent anywhere near them. You get the honest read even when it costs us the project.
Who owns the work when it is done?
You do. Your content, your domain, your data, exportable on request in a format you can use. No contracts that hold your business hostage, and no platform you cannot leave.
What does “privacy-first” mean in practice?
For the family apps it means something absolute: nothing is stored and nothing is shared. Momitor listens for one word, counts it, and never saves audio, transcripts, or quotes. There is no archive of your family anywhere, including with us. On client work it means we draw a clear boundary around what, if anything, leaves your infrastructure, and we write it down before we build.
